General conditions for using the services offered at the website of the Bulgarian Professional Football League www.pfl.bg
The present portal is created to inform the users in Bulgaria and abroad via
photos, articles, graphics and other materials for the activity of BPFL and the
sports calendar in the Republic of Bulgaria. The services are presented by BPFL
for the support and development of the Internet services and for making popular
the activity of the Bulgarian Professional Football League and the Bulgarian
football among users. BPFL declares that it is the owner of the rights and
the contents of the supported website and that it suits the requirements of the
Copy Right and Its Neighboring Rights Act, as well as the other regulations of
the Republic of Bulgaria and will be uncompromising towards any materials and
acts contradicting the acting Bulgarian legislation and any other applicable
legislation.
BPFL does not bear responsibility for the laid advertising
banners, which have misleading or false content. The rights over the laid on
the website texts, images, photos, trade marks, names and others, are defended
by the Copy Right and Its Neighboring Rights Act, Stamps and Geographic
Denomination Act and other regulations. Their usage requires the preliminary
consent of BPFL. That concerns mostly, but not only, the duplication, processing
and reproducing of the contents of the database or other electronic medias and
systems.
All products of the website of BPFL are submitted solely for
personal usage. Every copy making of the submitted products to third persons
(for example aiming sale, renting or giving disc copies) is strictly forbidden.
THE USER is obliged while enjoying the submitted by BPFL service not to
load, not to have a server of the same at his disposal, not to send or receive
anyhow and not to make known to third persons information, data, text , sound,
files, software, music, photos, graphics, video or audio materials.

and non-property’s rights or legal interests of third parties, including
ownership right, intellectual property right and others; offending someone’s
good name and appealing to violent change in the constitutionally established
order towards crime commitment, towards personality violence or towards rousing
race, national, ethnical or religion enmity; containing information about
another’s passwords or access rights without the consent of their holder, as
well as a software for access to such passwords and rights.
THE USER is
obliged while using the submitted services: Not to commit any willful
misconduct in the sense of p. 1.3.; To inform immediately for every case of
committed or uncovered violence while using the submitted services; Not to
present himself for someone else or for representative of a corporate body or a
group of people, who is not authorized to represent or in other way to mislead
third persons about his identity or his belonging to a definite group of
people; When finding damaged files to inform in due time for their
removing;
Not to use methods leading to compulsory loading of undesired by
the Internet users contents ("pop-ups", "blind links" and others)
Is not obliged and has no the opportunity to control the way the USER takes advantage of the offered service.
